Elasender The Great

Waaaahh another character ref

This one I worked really hard on mostly because this was my second try in designing him and like probably the most detailed dragon I have ever drawn.


And I am proud to say I got help from this outstanding tutorial for the legs/feet especially alecan.deviantart.com/art/Drag…
I went looking at so many dragon feets having no clue how to draw them and that tutorial helped a lot.
They were paws before... well the front feet were more paw-like previously. But then I kind of.... hybridized them and made "reptile paws" I shall dub them.

And that ... yeah I wanna do more of that.
The design may still be tweaked later, for example I want to lighten some of the feathers that are along the light markings.

Oh his name is Elasender which is indeed based on the name Alexander.

As a character he is benevolent and that's all I have.
Size??? I would suppose a full-grown human man would stand up to about the tip of his beard-thing. That's a pretty decent size.
